To Approve Annual Report for the year ending 31 st March 2006. |
| 2. |
To declare dividends on shares for the financial year 2005-06 |
| 3. |
To approve the Revised Budget Estimates for the year 2006-07. |
| 4. |
To appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year 2006-07 and fix the remuneration. |
| 5. |
To ratify the Board Resolution Dt.05-12-2005 regards creation of new Land Reserve and transfer of funds thereon. |
| 6. |
Any other items/items with the permission of the chair. |

NOTE: PROPOSALS, AMENDMENTS AND QUESTIONS:

Any member desirous of raising any questions with regard to secretary report, Accounts or the affairs of the society shall give written notice of the same on or before 15-07-2006. |

A.G.M. will commence at 10-30 a.m. |

The Board of Directors have resolved to give awards to the meritorious children of the members of Society. For the Excellent performance in Academics / Sports / Arts & Cultural performance in the Academic year 20005 2006. The minimum eligibility criteria is as follows:

| All the members whose children are eligible, are requested to submit their applications to Sri B. Shanker, Chairman, Award Committee through the A.O. of the Society, City Civil Court, Hyderabad on or before 15-07-2006 along with copies of certificates. Original certificates shall be returned after verification. The decision of the B.O.D shall be final regarding selection of eligible candidates. |
