The Society has already included the nominee / spouse of the member and proposed to include the children in the future Medi-claim policy and also proposes to enhance the sum assured o life insurance policy for member as follows:
 
For members holding less than 50 shares …. Rs.     50,000/-
For members holding 50 to 99 shares …. Rs. 1, 50,000/-
For members holding 100 to 249 shares …. Rs. 2, 00,000/-
For members holding 250 to 499 shares …. Rs. 3, 00,000/-
For members holding 500 to 999 shares …. Rs. 4, 00,000/-
For members holding 1000 and above shares …. Rs. 5, 00,000/-
 
This proposal will be implemented subject to availability of funds. Those members who are not covered under life insurance, accident insurance and Mediclaim Insurance as of now would be included in the subsequent insurance policies to be purchased later. The age restriction for life Insurance coverage is 59 years, for Medi Claim 69 years and for Accident coverage there is no age restriction.
 
All the members who are holding less 50 shares are requested to take remaining shares, otherwise welfare measures such as Life Insurance. Accident Insurance & Medical Insurance may not be continued as the Society is spending approximately an amount of Rs.900/- on individual members towards various Insurance coverages per year. Hence it is not possible to extend the facility for members holding less than 50 shares.
 
Avail Gold Loans lowest rate of interest i.e. 9% for members of the society and 10% for Non-members and General Public.
 
The members are requested to note the programmes and the welfare activities taken up by the Society. All the information regarding the programmes are being put up on the Notice Board of the society at Head Office and Branch Offices. Hence members are requested to see the Notice Board. It is not possible to communicate each programme to individual member through post, which entails huge expenditure to the Society.
 
Those members who have not taken insurance Cards, I.D. Cards are requested to take the same from the Head Office of the Society, to avail the benefits.
 
Those members who have not taken Dividend / Share Certificates are also requested to collect the same from Head Office within two months on any working day between 2-30 to 4-30 p.m.
 
Those members who have not given their photographers and the photograph of their nominee are requested to furnish the same on or before the day of AGM in the office of the society at City Civil Court, Hyderabad.
 
Kamineni wockhardt Hospitals has afford to provide clinical facilities at city civil court premises on nominee consultation charges and the proposal is under active consideration.
